Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship from Germany. Custom projects usually take 3–4 weeks after final design approval; shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier. Ready-to-ship watches are already completed and do not require this production period. Shipping is free within Europe. Shipping outside Europe costs a flat €50 per order. Any applicable import duties and taxes are explained during the ordering process.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Please ensure that the address entered during checkout or provided for a custom order is complete and correct.
Tracking
Where tracked shipping is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
 
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-painted watches and individually commissioned dials are created specifically according to the customer's individual choices, specifications and personal requirements.
 
For goods that are made according to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.
Accordingly, custom-made and personalized watches cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
This does not affect statutory rights in the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specification.
Ready-to-Ship Watches
Ready-to-ship watches that have not been individually personalized may be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Returns Where a Statutory Withdrawal Right Applies
